(وتكفي شُهرة المُدَّعَى به) - من دار ونحوها (عند الخصمين والحاكم - عن تحديده) أي: بيان حدوده؛ لأن القصد العلم بالمُدَّعَى به، وهو حاصل بالشهرة.
