(وكذا ان أنكر) الولد (موتَ أبيه) فالقول قوله مع يمينه؛ لأن الأصل عدمُهُ (ويكفيه أن يحلِفَ على نفي العلم) أي: أنه لا يعلم للأب تَرِكة، أو لا يعلم موته
