(وإن ادعت) المرأة (النكاحَ فقط) ولم تدَّعِ معه مهرًا، ولا نفقة، ولا غيرهما (لم تُسمع) لأنه حقٌّ عليها، فدعواها له إقرار لا يُسمع مع إنكار المُقَر له.
