(ومثله لو سأله كفيلًا به) أي: بالمُدَّعَى عليه بعد إقامة البينة حتى تزكّي (أو) سأل (جَعَلَ عينٍ مدّعاة في يد عَدْل قبل التزكية) فَيُجاب إلى ثلاثة أيام؛ لما سبق.
