(ولا يلزم) المجتهد (إعلام المقلِّد) بكسر اللام (بتغيُّرِه) أي: تغيُّر اجتهاده؛ لأنه لا يلزم المقلد أن يفارق بتغيُّر اجتهادِ من قَلَّده؛ لما فيه من الحرج والمشقَّة.
