كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان) المحكوم به (دَيْنًا، أو عينًا في بلدة أخرى) غير بلدة الحاكم (فهنا يقف (١) على الكتاب) لِيُسَلِّمَ المكتوبُ إليه العينَ لرَبّها، أو يأمر المحكوم عليه بوفاء الدين.
