(فإذا وصلا إلى المكتوب إليه، دفعا إليه الكتابَ، فقرأه الحاكم أو غيره عليهما، فإذا سَمِعاه، قالا: نشهدُ أنَّ هذا كتابُ فلان إليك، كتبه بعَمَله) أي: محل نفوذ حكمه
