(وإن أشْهَدَهُما عليه مَدْروجًا) أي: مطويًّا (مختومًا، من غير أن يقرأ عليهما، لم يصح) لأنه شهادة بمجهول لا يعلمانه، أشبه ما لو قالا: نشهد أن لفلان على فلان مالًا.
