(وإن تنازعا الساحةَ التي يُتَطَرَّقُ منها إلى البيوت) الأربعة (فهي) أي: الساحة (بينهما نصفين) لاشتراكهما في ثبوت اليد عليها، فأشبهت العِمامة فيما سبق.
