(وإلا) أي: وإن لم يكن للرفّ المقلوعِ، ولا للمصراع المقلوع، شكل منصوب (فـ) ـالمتنازَع فيه (بينهما) نصفين؛ لأنه لا مُرَجّح لأحدهما على الآخر. ويحلف كلٌّ منهما للآخر.
