(و) يحرم (لبثه) في الخلاء (فوق حاجته) ؛ لا فرق بين أن يكون في ظلمة أو حمام، أو بحضرة ملك، أو جني، أو حيوان، أو لا، ذكره في "الرعاية" (وهو) أي: لبثه فوق حاجته (مضر عند الأطباء) قيل: إنه يدمي الكبد، ويورث الباسور.
