(وإن صدَّق أحدَهما) وحده (أو أقام) أحدهما (به بينة؛ لَزِمه الثمن) للمُقَر له، أو لمن شَهِدت له البينة؛ لثبوت دعواه (وحلف للآخر) لأنه ينكره.
