(والوارثة العادلة فيما تقوله خبرًا لا شَهادةً) منصوبان على المصدرية بـ "تقوله" على حد: "قعد القُرفُصَاء"، وقوله: (كالفاسقة في جميع ما ذكرنا) خبر عن "الوارثة"، أي: خبر الوارثة العادلة كشهادة الفاسقة؛ لأن خبرها إقرار، فَيُعمل به كإقرار الفاسقة وشهادتها.
