(وإنْ كان) عِتْق غانم (متأخّرًا، أو خرجت القُرعةُ لسالم، لم يَعْتِقْ منه) أي: من غانم (شيء) لأن بينته لو كانت عادلة، لم يَعْتِق منه شيء إذًا، فمع فِسْقها أولى
