(وإن صَدَّق) الوليُّ الشاهدين (الأولين فقط) أي: دون الآخرين (حكم بشهادتهما) لعدم ما يدفعها (وقُتل من شَهِدا عليه) بالقتل، وهما الآخران؛ لثبوت القتل عليهما إن كان عمدًا محضًا.
