كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإنْ شهد واحد بعقد نكاح) وشهد آخر على إقراره بعقد النكاح؛ لم تجمع. (أو) شَهِد واحدٌ على (قَتْل خطأ، وآخرُ على إقراره) بقتل الخطأ (لم تُجمع) البينة، لأن الذي يشهد به أحدهما غير الذي يشهد به الآخر.
