(إلا في شهادة زور، أو كَذِبٍ على نبيٍّ، أو رَمْي فِتَنٍ ونحوه) ككذبٍ على أحد الرعية عند حاكم ظالم (فكبيرةٌ) قال أحمد في رواية عبد الله: ويعرف الكذَّاب بخُلْفِ المواعيد.
