(و) يكره في الصلاة (تغميضه) نص عليه، واحتج بأنه فعل اليهود، ومظنة النوم (بلا حاجة، كخوفه محذورًا، مثل إن رأى أمته عريانة، أو) رأى (زوجته) كذلك (أو) رأى (أجنبية) كذلك (بطريق الأولى) إذ نظره إلى الأجنبية حرام بخلاف أمته وزوجته.
