(بجرح شاهدي حُرّيتهما. وكذا لو عتقا بتدبير أو وصية، فشَهِدا بدَيْنٍ يستوعب التَّرِكة، أو وصية مؤثِّرة في الرِّق) كما لو شهدا بوصية تستوعب التَّرِكة، لم تُقبل شهادتهما؛ لإقرارهما بعد الحرية برقهما لغير سيدهما.
