(وصيٍّ لمَن في حَجْرِه) لأنه مُتَّهم. (وتُقبل) شهادةُ الوارث ومَن بعده ممن تقدَّم ذكرهم (عليه) أي: على من تقدَّم أنها لا تُقبل له؛ لانتفاء التُّهمة.
