(وإن حَدَث مانعٌ بعد الحكم، لم يُستوفَ حَدٌّ، ولو قذفًا) لأن الحدود تُدرأ بالشُّبهات وهذا منها (ولا قَوَدَ) لأنه إتلاف لا يمكن تلافيه (بل) يُستوفى (مال) حُكِم به؛ لنفوذ الحكم ظاهرًا.
