(وكذا الإقرارُ به) أي: بالزنى أو اللواط، فلابُدّ فيه من أربعةٍ (يشهدون أنَّه أقرَّ أربعًا) لأنَّه إثباتٌ للزنى، فاعتُبر فيه أربعة، كشهود الفعل.
