(ولو نَكَلَ عن اليمين من أقام شاهدًا، حلف المُدَّعَى عليه) لأنَّه مُنكِر (وسَقَطَ الحق) هكذا في "المبدع" و"المنتهى" وغيرهما، ولعل المراد: انقطعت الخصومة فقط، كما يُعلم مما يأتي.
