كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن شَهِد بالحقِّ شاهدُ) الـ ( أصل، وشاهدا فرعٍ، يشهدان) على أصلٍ آخر؛ جاز (أو) شَهِد بالحقِّ شاهدُ الأصل، وفرعٌ (واحدٌ على شهادة أصلٍ آخر؛ جاز) أي: قُبلت الشهادة، وحُكم بها؛ لأن شاهد الفرع بدلٌ عن شاهد الأصل، فيقومِ مقامَه.
