كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن حَدَث فيهم) أي: الأصول (ما يمنعُ قَبول الشهادةِ) نحو رِدَّة أو فِسْق (لم يجز الحكم) بشهادة الفرع؛ لأن الحكم ينبني على شهادة الأصل، أشبه ما لو فسق شهود الفرع.
