(وإن رجعوا) أي: شهود الأصل (بعدَه) أي: بعد الحكم (فقالوا: كَذَبْنا، أو غلطنا؛ ضمنوا) لاعترافهم بتعمُّد الإتلاف بقولهم: كذَبْنَا، أو بخطئهم بقولهم: غلطنا
