(وإن شهد أربعة بزنىً، و) شهد (اثنان) آخران (بإحصان، فرجم، ثم رجعوا) أي: الستة (لزمتهم الدية أسداسًا) كشهود الزنى؛ لأن القتل حصل من جميعهم.
