(ولا يُعزَّر) الشاهدُ (بتعارض البيّنة) لأن التعارُضَ لا يُعلَم به كَذِب إحْدى البينتين بعينها (ولا) يُعزَّر (بغَلَطِهِ في شهادته) لأن الغَلَطَ قد يعرِض للصَّادق العدل، ولا يتعمّده.
