(وإن أقرَّ لامرأته في مرضه (٥) بمهر؛ لم يُقبل) لأنه إقرارٌ لوارث (ويلزمه مهر مِثْلِها) إن ادعته (بالزوجيّة) أي بمقتضى كونِها زوجته (لا بإقراره) لأنّ الزوجيّة دلّت على المهر ووجوبه عليه، والأصل بقاؤه.
