(ولا يصح) الإقرارُ (لدارٍ) ونحوها (إلا مع) بيان (السبب) من غَصْب، أو إجارة ونحوهما؛ لأن الدار لا تجري عليها صدقة في الغالب، بخلاف المسجد ونحوه.
