(وإن قال: له) أي: الحمل (عليَّ ألفٌ أقرَضَنيه أو) قال: له عليَّ ألف (وديعةٌ أخذتها منه؛ لزمه) لأن قوله: "للحمل عليَّ ألف" إقرار بالألف، فلا يرتفع بما ذكره بعد، و (لا) يلزمه شيء في قوله: (أقرضَنِي) الحملُ (ألفًا) لأن الحمل لا يُتصور منه قرض.
