(ولا يُقبل رجوعُ المُقِرّ عن إقراره) لتعلُّق حَقِّ المُقَرّ له بالمُقِرِّ به (إلا فيما كان حدًّا لله) تعالى، فَيُقبل رجوعه عنه، كما تقدم في مواضعه ؛ لأن الحَدَّ يُدرأ بالشُّبهة.
