(إلا أن يكذّبه المُقَر له، ويدَّعي جنسًا أخر) غيرَ الذي فسَّره به المُقِرّ (أو) يكذّبه، و (لا يدَّعي شيئًا، فيَبطُل إقرارُه) لتكذيب المُقَرّ له، ويحلف المُقِرّ إنِ ادَّعى المُقَر له جنسًا آخر.
