(فإن فسَّره) الوارثُ (بما يُقبَلُ تفسيره) به (من الميت، من شُفعة وحدِّ قذفٍ ونحوه مما تقدَّم) ككلب يُباح نفعه (قُبل) كما لو فسَّره به المُقِر.
