(وإنْ كذَّبه المُقَرُّ له؛ فقولُه مع يمينه) لأن ذلك رجوعٌ عن الإقرار، فلا يُقبل (وله الدرهم) لأنه أقرَّ به له (ذكره الشارح) وجَزَم بمعناه في "المنتهى" وغيره.
