(و) يحرم بوله وتغوطه في (ظل نافع) لحديث أبي هريرة المتقدم، وإضافة الظل إليهم دليل على إرادة المنتفع به. (ومثله متشمس) الناس (زمن الشتاء) لأنه في معناه. (و) مثله (متحدّث الناس) إذا لم يكن بنحو غيبة، وإلا فيفرقهم بما استطاع.
