(و) يحرم بوله وتغوطه في (مورد ماء) لحديث معاذ: أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"اتقوا الملاعِنَ الثلاثةَ: البراز في المواردِ، وقارعة الطريق، والظل" رواه أبو داود وابن ماجه .
