(ولا تجزئ سترة مغصوبة) كالصلاة في ثوب مغصوب (فالصلاة إليها) أي إلى السترة المغصوبة (كـ) الصلاة إلى (القبر) أي فتكره؛ لأن السترة المغصوبة كالبقعة المغصوبة، والصلاة إليها كالصلاة إلى القبر
