(وهي) أي الأركان جمع ركن، وهو جانب الشيء الأقوى. واصطلاحًا: (ما كان فيها) احتراز عن الشرط (ولا يسقط عمدًا) خرج به السنن (ولا سهوًا، ولا جهلًا) خرج به الواجبات.
