(فإن كان له تهجد جعل الوتر بعده) استحبابًا، لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "اجعلوا آخرَ صلاتِكم بالليلِ وترًا" متفق عليه (وإلا) أي وإن لم يكن له تهجد (صلاه) أي الوتر مع الإمام، لينال فضيلة الجماعة
