(و) يجوز (فعل المنذورة) في كل وقت منها (ولو كان نذرها فيها) بأن قال: لله على أن أصلي ركعتين عند طلوع الشمس ونحوه؛ لأنها صلاة واجبة، فأشبهت الفرائض.
