(وإن سبقه بركن فعلي، بأن ركع ورفع قبل ركوع إمامه، عالمًا عامدًا، بطلت) صلاته (نصًا) لأنه سبقه بركن كامل، هو معظم الركعة، أشبه ما لو سبقه بالسلام، وللنهي.
