(نوابه) لأنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - "أمّ عتبان بن مالك، وأنسًا في بيوتهما"؛ ولأن له ولاية عامة، وقد قال - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لا يؤمنَّ الرجلُ الرجلَ في سلطانِهِ".
