(وتصح الجمعة، والعيد) خلف فاسق (بلا إعادة إن تعذرت خلف غيره) لأنهما يختصان بإمام واحد، فالمنع منهما خلفه يؤدي إلى تفويتهما دون سائر الصلوات، نعم لو أقيمتا في موضعين في أحدهما عدل، فعلهما وراءه. ونقل ابن الحكم أنه كان يصلي الجمعة، ثم يصلي الظهر أربعًا.
