(والأفضل له) أي لإمام الحي (أن يستخلف إذا مرض والحالة هذه) أي أنه يرجى زوال علته؛ لأن الناس مختلفون في صحة إمامته، مع أن صلاة القائم أكمل، وكمالها مطلوب.
