(وإن صلى) رجل (خلفه) أي الخنثى (وهو لا يعلم) أنه خنثى (فبان بعد الفراغ رجلًا، فلا إعادة عليه) لصحة صلاته في نفس الأمر، وعدم شكه حال الفعل فيما يفسدها.
