(فإن رجع) أو نوى الرجوع (لم يترخص حتى يفارقه ثانيًا) أو تنثني نيته ويسير، فيقصر؛ لانعقاد سبب الرخصة حينئذ (ولو لم ينو الرجوع) عند مفارقته كما سبق مسافرًا
