(وإن أتم) من يباح له القصر الرباعية (جاز، ولم يكره) له الإتمام لحديث يعلى، قال: قالت عائشة: "أتم النَّبيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وقصر" قاله الشافعي ، ورواه الدارقطني وصححه.
