(ولو نوى القصر) من يباح له (ثم رفضه، ونوى في الصلاة الإتمام، أتم) وجوبًا؛ لأنه رجع إلى الأصل. قال ابن عقيل وغيره: وفرضه الأولتان وهذه "الثامنة عشرة" مما يجب فيه الإتمام.
