(ولا) يسلب الطهور طهوريته إذا خلط (بتراب) طهور (ولو وضع قصدًا) لأنه طاهر مطهر كالماء،

فإن كان مستعملًا فكباقي الطاهرات، كما يدل عليه تعليلهم (ما لم يصر) الماء المخلوط بتراب طهور (طينًا) فلا تصح الطهارة به لعدم إسباغه وسيلانه على الأعضاء،
